Ray Tropiano is the Founder of High Bar Benefits, a benefits advisory firm built on a simple philosophy: every client deserves attentive, high-quality service—no matter their size or the line of coverage they need. Through his years in the industry he has worked directly with individuals, small to medium size employers, and seniors entering the Medicare stage, and seen firsthand their struggle to get clear, responsive guidance.

High Bar Benefits was launched in 2025 to raise the standard of communication, support, and care in the benefits industry. We exist to deliver straightforward, practical, and cost saving advice for all markets, and make reliable and friendly service our priority- making the benefits process clearer and more supportive for everyone.
